Created in 2017 by Jens Küpperbusch, Essen, Germany; unless you already have Earl Grey infused London Dry Gin, this cocktail needs an hour preparation, but is worth the wait.
Pour 60ml London Dry Gin into a small glass.
Add half a teaspoon of Earl Grey loose leaf tea leaves and leave for one hour.
Rinse a chilled cocktail coupe with the absinthe and put to one side.
Half-fill a mixing jug with ice.
Fine strain the infused tea prepared gin into the mixing jug.
Add other ingredients to the mixing jug and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into the absinthe rinsed coupe.
