60 ml lemon sour mix
3 dashes orange bitters
Ginger ale
1 orange wheel for garnish

Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add whiskey, fresh lemon sour mix (50/50 mix of simple syrup and fresh lemon juice) and orange bitters.

Shake until well chilled.

Strain onto a highball glass over ice.

Top off with ginger ale.

Garnish with the orange wheel (optional).
