20 ml dry vermouth
2 dashes aromatic bitters (optional)
Twist of lemon for garnish

Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add the liquid ingredients and shake until well chilled.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Twist the lemon over the glass to release the oils and then drop into the glass.
