The second of out cocktails uses the Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey in a Spiced Apple Jack.

15 ml amaretto
60 ml apple juice
Ginger beer
1 lemon wedge for garnish

Half fill a tumbler or highball glass with ice.

Pour Tennessee Whiskey and amaretto into glass over ice.

Add the apple juice.

Top off with ginger beer.

Add a lemon wedge as garnish (optional).
