The fifth cocktail of the Friday Night Cocktails on the 18th February is the Tennessee Honey Snakebite Shot which uses the Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey Whiskey Liqueur.
A simple shot with two ingredients.
60 ml Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey
15 ml Rose's lime juice

Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add both ingredients and shake until well chiller.

Strain into a shot glass.

I’ve had this bottle of Jack Daniel’s Honey for quite a while without knowing what to use it for. This was surprisingly nice, but didn’t taste as I expected.
