3rd #cocktail of #FridayNightCocktails on the 15th April: Crux

I’m not much of a one for wines, but Dubonnet Red is used in some really nice cocktails, including the Crux.

Crux

The Crux is a tasty cocktail combining cognac, Dubonnet Red, triple sec and lemon juice.

 30 ml cognac
 30 ml triple sec
 30 ml Dubonnet Red
 30 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

Add ice to a mixing jug.

Add all ingredients and stir until combined and chilled.

Strain into a cocktail glass
