Our second champagne cocktail with a difference this evening is the My Golden Dram which combines Aberfeldy 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch with champagne. This cocktail was created during the Scotch Egg Club, a roving series of events throughout Europe and the United States featuring Dewar’s blended scotch and the single malts, Aberfeldy and Craigellachie

My Golden Dram

A cross between a classic Champagne Cocktail and a Seelbach, this cocktail, combining Scotch and champagne, is perfect for celebrations.

 25 ml Aberfeldy 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch
 Champagne to top off
 1 cube of sugar
 3 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Douse a sugar cube with three dashes of Angostura Aromatic Bitters and place at the bottom of a champagne flute.

Add the Scotch and stir lightly.

Top off with champagne
