3rd #cocktail of #FridayNightCocktails on 30th June: South by Southwest

Our third and final cocktail is the South by Southwest. A Negroni variant which uses Islay Scotch whisky instead of gin; created by Benny McKew using Ardbeg Islay Single Malt Scotch 10 Year Old.

A Negroni variant which uses Islay Scotch whisky instead of gin; created by Benny McKew using Ardbeg Islay Single Malt Scotch 10 Year Old.

 4 sprays of orange blossom water
 30 ml Ardbeg or other peated Islay Single Malt Sctoch whisky
 30 ml Campari
 30 ml dry vermouth
 Orange twist for garnish

Spray the inside of a chilled tumbler with the orange blossom water.

Half-fill a mixing jug with ice,

Add Scotch, Campari and dry vermouth to the mixing jug and stir until chilled.

Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with an orange twist.
