Our third and final cocktail is the Kentucky Tea; another “tea” cocktail which contains no real tea. bourbon based, it is otherwise somewhat similar to the Irish Buck from earlier this evening.

22.50 ml Triple Sec
22.50 fl oz freshly squeezed lime juice
10 ml sugar syrup
60 ml ginger ale
Lime wedge for garnish

Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add the bourbon, triple sec, lime juice and sugar syrup to the shaker and shake until well chilled.

Strain into an ice filled Collins glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
