Our second cocktail is the Gin & Ginger. This is a simple variant of the which replaces the tonic water with ginger ale; this works better with a spicy gin, such as Opihr.

 150 ml ginger ale
 Lime wedge for garnish

Pour the London Dry Gin into a gin glass.
