Our third and final cocktail is the 19th. The 19threated by Manmohan Singh, India, PCO, New Delhi, India for the Bacardi Legacy Global Cocktail Competition 2014 where it was one of the eight finalists.
In 1919, the 19th Amendment gave women the ‘right to vote’ in America. My signature cocktail is for all those ladies out there – many of whom may not prefer rum based cocktails. I want my drink to change their perception and cast their vote in favour of BACARDÍ – the king of all rums.

Our second cocktail is the Sloe Comfortable Screw Against The Wall. Also known as the “Slow Comfortable Screw Against The Wall”, this is a variant of the Slow Screw and Harvey wallbanger and Sloe Comfortable Screw Against The Wall; the Southern Comfort gives this cocktail the “Comfortable” part of the name.

Our first cocktail is the Blue Monday; adapted from the 1930 book The Savoy Cocktail Book by Harry Craddock, the Blue Monday is a vodka based cocktail; this recipe uses blue Curacao where Craddock’s recipe called for blue food colouring.

Our third and final cocktail is the Sloe Screw Against The Wall. Also known as the “Slow Screw Against The Wall”, this is a variant of the Slow Screw and Harvey wallbanger; the Galliano float from the latter gives this cocktail the “against the wall” part of the name.
