3rd #cocktail of #FridayNightCocktails on the 22th July: Jamaican Mule

There are many variations of the Moscow Mule; to close this evening we’ve opted for the Jamaican Mule which switches out the vodka for spiced rum and ups the ginger beer.

Jamaican Mule

A Caribbean variation of the Moscow Mule.

 50 ml spiced rum
 15 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
 175 ml ginger beer
 Sprig of mint
 Lime wheel

Half fill a copper mug with ice.

Add the rum lime juice and ginger beer; stir gently to combine.

Add more ice to fill the mug.

Garnish with a lime wheel and sprig of mint.
