This is a very tasty cocktail which would have worked very well earlier this week in the very hot weather. The Summertime Sprintz combines dry gin with pineapple juice and a sparkling wine for a refreshing taste of the tropics.

30 ml dry gin
20 ml lime juice
50 ml pineapple juice
sparkling wine
pineapple wedge or half a passion fruit for garnish

Fill a gin glass with ice.
