Today is Remembrance Day so I thought we’d open with The Remembrance Cocktail which was created by Erik Hakkinen went to work at Zig Zag in 2007.

45 ml rye whickey
15 ml dry vermouth
7 ml maraschino liqueur
7 ml Green Chartreuse
2 dashes aromatic bitters

Half fill a mixing jug with ice.

Add all ingredients and stir until chilled.

Strain into a chilled cocktail or Nick and Nora glass.
