Our first cocktail is the Angel’s Delight, which is a slightly unusual, albeit very tasty, dessert cocktail in that it combines gin, triple sec and cream. This combination isn’t at all common; be careful not to add too much cream as it is easy to throw the balance of the drink.

30 ml single cream

Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
