Our second cocktail is the Gold Fashioned, which is a a variant of the Old Fashioned which is created to Aberfeldy themselves and uses their 12 Year old Single Malt Scotch.

Half-fill a mixing jug with ice.
Add all liquid ingredients and stir until well-chilled.
Strain into a tumbler over fresh ice.
Express the oils from the orange twist over the glass and garnish with the twist.
