A 1920s variant of the Boulevardier from Harry McElhone which uses rye whiskey.
30 ml straight rye whiskey
30 ml Campari
15 ml extra dry vermouth
15 ml white vermouth
Orange wheel for garnish

Half-fill a mixing jug with ice.
