
An aromatically fruity twist on the classic cocktail.
45 ml white tequila
15 ml triple sec
15 ml simple syrup
15 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
1 passion fruit
For the sugar salt rim
1 tsp white sugar
1 tsp salt
Lime juice

Add sugar and salt to a saucer and mix.

Wet the rim of the glass with lime juice.

Roll the rim of the glass through the salt and sugar mix.

Cut in half the passion fruit and scoop the pulp into the shaker.

Add all liquid ingredients to the shaker and shake combined.

Add ice to the shaker and shake until well-chilled.

Pour into the glass over fresh ice.
