Juice of one passion fruit
30 ml orange juice
15 ml lemon juice
15 ml sugar syrup
1 basil leaf
125 ml ginger ale
1 grape and thyme sprig for garnish

In a mason jar (or pint glass)add the bourbon, juice of a passion fruit , orange juice, lemon juice and sugar syrup.

Fill the mason jar with ice.

Add the basil leaf.

Top off with ginger ale.

Piece the grape with the thyme sprig and place on the rim of the jar.
