Created by Beefeater Gin to show off their Beefeater 24 London Dry Gin; this variant of the Negroni will suit those not used to the bitter taste of Campari.
30 ml London Dry Gin
15 ml Campari
15 ml tawny port
7.50 ml raspberry syrup
90 ml prosecco
Raspberry for garnish

Half-fill a mixing jug with ice.

Add the liquid ingredients, excluding the prosecco, and stir until chilled.

Strain into a champagne flute.

Top off with the prosecco.
