Our first cocktail is the Elixir of Love; this is a rich and tasty dessert cocktail which blends double cream with white rum, creme de cacao and amaretto (almond liqueur).

15 ml white rum
15 ml white creme de cacao
30 ml amaretto
30 ml double cream

Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add all liquid ingredients and shake until well-chilled.
