Our third and final cocktail is the Brunswick. A rye whiskey variant of the New York Sour.

A rye whiskey variant of the New York Sour.

 30 ml rye whiskey
 30 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
 15 ml maple syrup
 1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
 30 ml dry red wine

Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add all ingredients, except the dry red wine, to the shaker and shake until well-chilled.

Strain into a tumbler over fresh ice.

Carefully layer the red wine on top of the drink in the tumbler.
