Our second cocktail is the Fallen Leaves. Created by Charles Schumann in 1982, Munich, Germany and included in his book, The American Bar: The Artistry of Mixing Drinks. Perfect for the end of autumn and start of winter.

Our first cocktail is the Harvest Cocktail. I know we’re now heading into winter, but I was busy with other things in September so didn’t get some of the autumn cocktails posted.
Tonight’s is a simple yet delicious three ingredient cocktail for Autumn.
Our third and final cocktail is the Peat’s Dragon. An unusual smokey/peppery cocktail using both peated whiskey and black pepper. Possibly originated at The Up & Up, New York City.
I’ve seen quite a few cocktails under the name of “Peat’s Dragon”, but this seemed the most intriguing, being both smokey and peppery.
Our second cocktail is the Dried Meadow Flower. A floral cocktail with tequila and gentian, created by Simon Difford in 2015 at the Cabinet Room, London, England.
