Our third drink of St Patrick’s Day on the 17^th March is the Nutty Irishman; there are a few cocktails called the Nutty Irishman which are variations on the same theme of hazelnut liqueur and Irish cream. We’ve gone for the shot version.

Our second drink of St Patrick’s Day on the 17^th March is the Emerald Isle. We’re using the less common version which uses Green Chartreuse instead of green creme de menthe as this gives a more subtle yet very flavourful cocktail.

Our first drink of St Patrick’s Day on the 17^th March is the Nutty Irishman; this is a shooter with three layers comprising green creme de menthe, Irish cream and Grand Marnier which form the colours of the Irish flag.

A variation on the classic Mai Tai using rye whiskey and banana liqueur

The Bramble is a cocktail created by Dick Bradsell in 1980s London, England. Best described as a spring cocktail, the Bramble brings together dry gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, crème de mûre (blackberry liqueur), and crushed ice. Bradsell also suggests finishing off the cocktail with some fresh red fruits and a slice of lemon.

I opted to only garnish with a blackberry.

The lemon drop martini is a cousin to the Orange Martini and sibling to the Limoncello Martini.

It feels like the wrong month for this one as I think it’s more of an autumnal drink; an apple pie mimosa.
